We had a spacious Essential King Room with Resort View and Pool Access. The balcony had a nice pool view and the room was really clean, smelling fresh. Enjoyed great amenities like a minibar, coffee machine, and a huge bath. The breakfast was an impressive buffet with local dishes and good coffee. Super friendly staff helped us rent a scooter nearby for exploring. Really enjoyed the nice beach location and pool areas.

During my stay, I was thrilled to discover that beautiful Plai Laem Beach was just a 15-minute walk away, perfect for an afternoon stroll, and the delicious restaurants such as Akbar Indian and Thai Restaurant were conveniently close, making dining out a delightful experience. the hotel offers a relaxing backdrop for unwind after a long day of city explorations, but there were moments where quicker staff attention could've improved the overall experience.

Small closet for two guests!!! Open bathroom concept reduces privacy and can wake you up easily!!! Dinner portion sizes are just not adequate, especially for those on half board.

A few amenities were occasionally busy during peak times, but the helpful staff made the stay enjoyable overall.

Great vibes but needs some tweaks

The breakfast was seriously delicious, and New at the breakfast area made our mornings brighter! But wow, getting simple requests like water took forever. Also, weekends were kinda crowded with outsiders. Overall, pretty cool place with room for improvement.

Dining left something to be desired. breakfast was good but service was slow, and the daily Thai dishes at the casual restaurant felt repetitive. The fine dining option was overpriced and unremarkable. Additionally, communication around available activities was lacking, and the nightlife seemed poorly thought out—an evening bar, but no one there and no engaging events like movie nights or cocktail classes to draw guests in. Plus, privacy could've been better as rooms were somewhat visible from others.

the service wasn't always consistent (like waiting too long for coffee). but the pools were stunning and well-maintained, the kids club was super fun for my son, and the breakfast spread had something for everyone (loved the fresh fruit! ).
